沿海钢结构桥梁制造重难点及建议措施

Abstract: With the continuous promotion of transportation infrastructure construction in China, the construction scale of steel structure bridges in coastal areas is gradually expanding. In order to effectively reduce the adverse effects of high humidity and strong salt spray environment on steel structure bridges in coastal areas, this article takes steel structure bridges such as Hangzhou Bay Cross Sea Bridge, Qingdao Bay Bridge, Xiamen Second East Passage, and Luzetai Elevated Road as examples. Through analyzing the key and difficult points in the manufacturing process of coastal steel structure bridges from the aspects of raw materials, production, anti-corrosion treatment, processing accuracy, and size control, targeted suggestions and measures are summarized and proposed. This indicates that by controlling the selection of raw materials, improving welding processes, strengthening anti-corrosion treatment, and controlling processing accuracy and dimensions, the quality of steel structure bridges can be improved, the corrosion of steel structure bridges in coastal special environments can be reduced, and the service life of bridges can be extended.
