集成煤矿多系统短信发送平台设计与实现

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of multi-source dispersion, complex configuration and insufficient real-time performance of the short message alarm system in coal mine safety production, a microservice short message sending platform integrating multiple coal mine systems has been designed and implemented. This platform adopts WebSocket real-time communication technology to integrate data streams from subsystems such as safety monitoring, personnel positioning, and mine pressure monitoring. It builds a unified and visual configuration center through JSON Schema standardization rules, supporting dynamic definition of alarm rules (thresholds, states, cycle sending periods, etc.), flexible arrangement of short message templates, and precise matching of recipients, thus achieving flexible access of multiple coal mine systems. The platform adopts a layered microservice architecture, decoupling data collection, business processing, and short message configuration function modules. Combined with Docker containerized deployment and JWT permission authentication mechanism, it achieves high availability and security. Meanwhile, the platform integrates interfaces of mainstream short message service providers such as Alibaba Cloud and Huawei Cloud, and formulates a failure retry mechanism. Industrial tests show that the end-to-end alarm response delay of the platform is ≤ 1 second, the short message sending success rate is 99.5%, and it processes tens of millions of data points daily on average, effectively enhancing the real-time early warning capability and management standardization level of coal mine safety incidents.
