Safety Grey Clustering Evaluation of Tert-butyl Hydroperoxide production Based on ICUOWGA Operator Weighting

Abstract: The production process of tert-butyl hydroperoxide (TBHP) is a peroxide process, which is easy to cause fire, explosion and other accidents. In order to identify and evaluate TBHP process comprehensively, a chemical production safety evaluation method based on HAZOP analysis, ICUOWGA operator and grey clustering was proposed. The evaluation index system was constructed based on HAZOP analysis, and the subjective bias was reduced by ICUOWGA weighting method. Finally, the gray cluster evaluation model was constructed by combining the central point triangular whitening weight function to quantitatively evaluate the safety level of the production process. The example analysis results showed that the comprehensive evaluation value of this method was 6.234, and the safety level was "high", which was consistent with the actual hidden trouble in the factory, and the feasibility and accuracy of the model were verified. The research results provide a new method for chemical process safety assessment, which can balance objectivity and dynamic adaptability.
