摘  要：无论是学校教育，还是家庭教育，教育者对待学生必须要有耐心、信心和爱心，运用恰当的方法打开他们的心扉，在他们需要帮助的时候真诚而及时地给予他们帮助。因为我们的帮助，就是学生成长道路上的垫脚石和明灯，会让学生对成长更有信心，也能让他们更清楚怎么走好脚下与未来的路。

【Abstract】Whether it is school education，or family education，educators treat children must have patience，confidence and love，the use of appropriate methods，open their hearts，when they need help，sincere and timely to give them help. Because our help，is a stepping stone and light on the path of children’s growth，will let children grow more confident，but also let them know how to take a good foot and the future of the road.
