Abstract:Againstthebackdropofnatioalpolcytispapersystematicallanalysestheurrentreseachtatusand practialpathays of virtual simulationtechnology in logistics practical training teaching. Virtual simulationcanefectively overcome limitations inherent ntraditionaltrainingintermsofvenu,safety,andcost,thusenhancingteachinginteractivityandrealism whileachieing deepintegration between theoretical instructionand workplace practice.This paper proposes a novel practical training model characterisedby"virtual-physical integration,industyeducationconvergene,andtecultivationofbothmoralintegrityand technicalskils"frotheaspectsofindustrympetencyaligment,uaityancementofesoucedvelopent,andtheintation ofideologicalandliicaleements.Reseahindicatesthattsmodelsigicatlyimprovesstudentsvcatialskilsadatie capabilities,and strengthens value-driven guidance and profesional ethics development,thus providinga viable pathwayand innovative paradigm for practical teaching reform in higher vocational logistics majors.
