Abstract：Againstthebackdropofnatioalpolcytispapersystematicallanalysestheurrentreseachtatusand practialpathays of virtual simulationtechnology in logistics practical training teaching. Virtual simulationcanefectively overcome limitations inherent ntraditionaltrainingintermsofvenu，safety，andcost，thusenhancingteachinginteractivityandrealism whileachieing deepintegration between theoretical instructionand workplace practice.This paper proposes a novel practical training model characterisedby"virtual-physical integration，industyeducationconvergene，andtecultivationofbothmoralintegrityand technicalskils"frotheaspectsofindustrympetencyaligment，uaityancementofesoucedvelopent，andtheintation ofideologicalandliicaleements.Reseahindicatesthattsmodelsigicatlyimprovesstudentsvcatialskilsadatie capabilities，and strengthens value-driven guidance and profesional ethics development，thus providinga viable pathwayand innovative paradigm for practical teaching reform in higher vocational logistics majors.
