Abstract： The proposal of the "dual carbon" goals has set new requirements for the development model of the e- commerce logistics industry. Within this context， this paper systematically explores green transformation strategies for e- commerce logistics. By analyzing the necestyanddivingfactsoftheindustry'stasformatio，tedisussnufoldsfrombothteopounitiesandhallges.Onteoe hand，growigtdedtaadotal practicestgetreateitealadtelpportuitiftrafoati.Onttrand，stfalggentelies theburdenofiitialcopoateivestment，andthepolicyeoentostituteteaiostaintsduringthetrasforatioo. Acordingly，thestudyproposes implementationstrategiesamelybldingareductionandrecyclingsstem，promotingdigitaland intelligence-enabled ecosystem colaboration， and deepening management and institutional inovation.
