Abstract： Underthecontext of the "dual-carbon" goals， promoting low-carbon developmentin logistics parks is of great significance forachievingcarbon neutralityandsustainable development.Taking MLogistics Parkas theresearchobject，ad based onthelow-crbondevelopmenttheoryandthecharacteristicsoflogisticsparks，thispaperconstructsanevaluationsystemcosisting of2 secondaryindicators acrossfive dimensions：infrastructure，informationtechnologymanagement factors，environmental factors，andenergyconsumption &carbon emissions.Byusingacombinationofqualtativeanalysisandquantitativeresearch，the studysystematicallyaesesteleveloflowcarbondevelopment inMLogistics Park，imingtoprovidetheoreticalsuportand practicalrefeenceforitslowarbontransformationandfergudancefortheidustryinimplementingthe"ualcarbo"goalsand improvingbothecologicalandeconomicbenefits.Thresearchshows thatascientificandreasonableevaluationsystemcaneectively promote the low-carbon process oflogistics parks，and enhance their core competitivenessand social recognition.
