Abstract: Underthecontext of the "dual-carbon" goals, promoting low-carbon developmentin logistics parks is of great significance forachievingcarbon neutralityandsustainable development.Taking MLogistics Parkas theresearchobject,ad based onthelow-crbondevelopmenttheoryandthecharacteristicsoflogisticsparks,thispaperconstructsanevaluationsystemcosisting of2 secondaryindicators acrossfive dimensions:infrastructure,informationtechnologymanagement factors,environmental factors,andenergyconsumption &carbon emissions.Byusingacombinationofqualtativeanalysisandquantitativeresearch,the studysystematicallyaesesteleveloflowcarbondevelopment inMLogistics Park,imingtoprovidetheoreticalsuportand practicalrefeenceforitslowarbontransformationandfergudancefortheidustryinimplementingthe"ualcarbo"goalsand improvingbothecologicalandeconomicbenefits.Thresearchshows thatascientificandreasonableevaluationsystemcaneectively promote the low-carbon process oflogistics parks,and enhance their core competitivenessand social recognition.
