Abstract：Achieving"carbonpeaking"and"carbonneutrality"isatwostagecarbonreductiongoal（eferedtoas the"dualcarbo" goals）proposedbyChina toactivelyrespondtoclimatechange and promote the buildingofacommunity witha shared futurefor mankind.Logistics activities runthroughtheentire operation ofvarious industriesand areoneofthesignificant sources of eergy consumptionandcarbonemisions.Therefore，thelogisticsindustryhasgreatpotentialforcarbonreduction.Howtoachievethegeen andustainabledevelopmentofthelogisticsindustryisanimportantlinkinpromotingtherealizationofthe"dual-carbon"goals.This articleexploresthecurrentsituationofcarbonemissionsinthelogisticsindustryofHenanProvincefromtwoaspects：totalcarbon emissionsandcarbonemisionintensity.Itanalzes thekeyfactors influencingcarbonemissons inthelogisticsindustryofHenan Province，and proposes specific carbon reduction and optimization countermeasures from thre combined perspectives： economic developmentandpopulationdensitylinmileage andenergintesityaswellasarbonemissnintensityandenerintesity aiming to provide reference for the low-carbon transformation of the logistics industry.
