Study on the Application and Prospect of Smart City Construction Based on the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Logistics System

Abstract:Taking the UAVlogisticsand smartcityconstruction in Anyangas the researchobjects,this papersorts outconditions suchas policysupport,demandmatching,andtechnologicalsupport,andcombinespracticalisues includingairspacemanageent technologyadaptation,safeoperation,andindustrialcolaboration toanalyzetheadaptabilitybetween Anyang'sUAVlogisticsand smartcityconstructionswellasitsdevelopmentbotlenecks.Thefllwingonclusiosaredran.First,theUAVlgisticshsa reltivelyhigcorelaionwittheoregoalsfsmartcityonstructon,andasafoundationforimplemetationintesofpolicy preferene,demand satisfaction,andtechnologicalsupport,showing significant potentialforcoordinated development between the two.Second,theUAVlogisticsplaysaprominentroleinsolvingthe"last-mile"deliverypainpointinthemountainousareasof Linzhou (acounty-levelcityinAnyang)andmatchingthe emergency management needsofurbanareas,andhasobviouslongterm value inoptimizing urban spatiallayout and promoting urban-ruralintegration,with onlyshortcomings in technologyadaptationto complexscenarios.Third,thehighadaptabilityetwen5GandAItechnologiesindicatesthatheyarecrucialtothtableoeration of UAVs.Meanwhile,thesupportofairspace coordination mechanisms andcurrnt policy package for thelargescale promotionof UAV logistics still needs to be strengthened.
