The Impact of Entering Logistics Parks on the Survival of Logistics Enterprises

Abstract：Thisstudytakesfourrepresentativelogisticsparks inChengduasresearchbectsandsystematicallyaseses thepactof logistics parksonenterprise survival through the Kaplan-Meier estimation method based on large-sample enterprise data.The paper selects ChengduAvationLgisticsPark，IteatioalContaerLgisticsPark，XinduLgisticsCentendLongquaLgistisCte all ofwhichwere planned in2O05.Byconductingsurvivalaalysison30789logistics enterprisesandemploying threebuferzone ranges （1km，3km ，and 5km ）， enterprises are categorized into four groups for comparative analysis： before/after park establishment and inside/outsidethebuferzons.Tersultsidicatethatlogistisparkscansignificantlyehanceenterprisesurivalateswithffects demonstrating temporallagand graduallymanifestingafterparkestablisment.The park's efectismost pronouncedwithinthe 3km buffer zone. The exit rate of enterprises located within buffer zones after park establishment （27.5%～29.8%） is markedly lower thanthat ofenterprisesoutsidebuferzones.Thestudysuggests thatgovernmentscontiueadvancinglogistcsparkdevelopmentmprovepark quality， and encourage enterprises to reasonably locate within 3km of parks to balance benefits and costs.
