Aiming for high-qualitydevelopment，this study innovatively proposes a systematic pathway framed by five-dimensional synergy： "coridor，dtiadeooospisfrtteotrti integration，gialdatiodeboasiItstutltiimealboatieoelforad hubs，oferingtheorticalsupportandpracticalsolutionsforLuzhoutobecomeasippingandtradecenterinteupperYangtzeRiverand a key node of the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor，and forming replicable "Luzhou experience".
