Abstract: Inth context offull implementing theruralrevitalizationstrategy,therurallogistics systemserves asa vitallink connecting urbanandruraleconomiccycles,withitsoperationaleficiencydirectlyimpactingthe modernizationofagriculturand rural development.Rurallogstics facesstructuralchallnges includingdiseconomiesofscale,asymmetrictwowayflows,weak infrastructure,ndsortagesoftalent,pital,andtechnology.Lowaltdetchnologiesrepresentedbdonesandeletricrtical takeoff and landing aircraft offer a new approach to building a "low-altitude + ground" hybrid logistics system, by leveraging their strongcrossgeogapicalapabilityeratialflexibilityooicotential,nddepitegatinithigitaltchoogie. altitudetechnologiesareexpcted toehanceurallgistics efciecyreduceemptyloadingatind productlos,andsupportral development through optimizing network layouts,focusing on scenarios such as emergency medical services and high-value-added agricultural products, and improving policies and supporting infrastructure.
