Abstract： Inth context offull implementing theruralrevitalizationstrategy，therurallogistics systemserves asa vitallink connecting urbanandruraleconomiccycles，withitsoperationaleficiencydirectlyimpactingthe modernizationofagriculturand rural development.Rurallogstics facesstructuralchallnges includingdiseconomiesofscale，asymmetrictwowayflows，weak infrastructure，ndsortagesoftalent，pital，andtechnology.Lowaltdetchnologiesrepresentedbdonesandeletricrtical takeoff and landing aircraft offer a new approach to building a "low-altitude + ground" hybrid logistics system， by leveraging their strongcrossgeogapicalapabilityeratialflexibilityooicotential，nddepitegatinithigitaltchoogie. altitudetechnologiesareexpcted toehanceurallgistics efciecyreduceemptyloadingatind productlos，andsupportral development through optimizing network layouts，focusing on scenarios such as emergency medical services and high-value-added agricultural products， and improving policies and supporting infrastructure.
