Research on the Role of Regional Logistics in Boosting the High-Quality Development of Cultural Industry in Zhengzhou

Abstract：Underthebackgroundofindustrialintegrationinthenewera，thispapertakes ZhengzhouCityasanexamplandexplores theinteractionmechanismsandcoordinated development pathwaysbetweenregionallogisticsandtheculturalindustrybasedon thesynergistic development theoryand the SWOT-PESTanalysisframework.Thearticle pointsoutthat Zhengzhou posessesboth richculturalresourcesandsignficanttransportationadvantages，butitfaces isuessuchaspolicygaps，technologicaldependencies， andtalent shortages.Through constructing a strategic matrix foracomprehensive analysis，it proposessystematic strategies to leverage strength，sieoportuitisddressweakneesandmigateteats.eaiistpromotetheigalitydated development ofthetwindustries，enhance Zhengzhou'sculturalinfluenceand logistics competitivenes，and provide theoetical reference and practical guidance for the synergistic development of regional cultural industries and logistics.
