Abstract： Dstribution，as oneofthe most crucial features ofmodenlogstics，playsasignificantrole in modernlogsts.Utilizing metroforurbanlisticsdistrbuionisferoetielyndlessostlytingtquemetsfeeneveloentiistic distribution.Tispapersuggeststhaturingteinitialpilotperiod，atrialoperationofmetrologisticsdistributioncanbcodcted using the modes of passenger-cargo transportation and dedicated personnel escort. When the operation is mature， multimodal transportsuchas"airayndmetro"cabimplemented，expandingthtysofgodsfordistribution，eveloping"deicated freightcompartments"，opetingwithsartlckersandplotigmoredistributionroutes，sastochevedtrbutionfroots to lines and then toetworks，andbuildametro-basedurbanlogistics distribution network.Toensuretheoperation ofmetrologistics distributionitcesaytotifrstueasofetretnforiosdlis talent cultivation system for metro logistics to cultivate compound talents who understand both metro and logistics.
