Research on Green and Low-Carbon Development Strategies of Port Supply Chain Under the "Dual Carbon" Background

Abstract: Under the "dual carbon" goals and the innovation-driven developmentof green technology,the greenand low-carbon developmentofportsupplychainsisofgreat significance.TakingtheportsupplychaininJiangsu Provinceastheresearchobject,this paper examins keyconstraintstoitsgeenandlowcarbndevelopmnt fromthreeperspectivs: nfrastructure,managementodeland resourcecordiation.Acordinglythispaerproposesdevelopentstrategiesfortreaspects:eveaingeergyndioaie technologies asthefoundatiotopromote thegrenupgradingofportfcilitisandoptimizeenegystructuresandequipmentalocation; focusing on digital empowermenttobuildanintelligentsuplychain management systemandenhanceenergyeficiecy montoring andcarboneisionontrol;takngtesustaabledvelopetastegoaltoimproveidustriallaboratinmehasmsddance theimplementationof greenprocurementandcirculareconomymodels.Theresearchholdsthat promotingthegreeandlowcarbon development ofthe port supplychainin Jiangsu Province not only supports the achievementof regional "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" goals, but also provides a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the port economy.
