Abstract:Basedonthecargo distribution ofairlines,this paper investigatesthealocationofcargo spacesandtheditributionof deliveriesafterthcargoarrivesatthetemporarystoragearea.Basedontheinboundndoutboundprocssofcargointhairline's temporarystorage area,considering theunknownarivaltimeofthecargo,theinbound timeof thecargois takenasarandom variable,andthesumoftheinboundandoutboundcosts,distributioncosts,and expecteddetention costsof thecargo inthe temporary storage area is minimized as the objective.A two-stage stochastic programming modelforcargo spaceallocationand distributionofdeliveriesis established.Inthefirststage,thecargospaceallocationschemeanddistributionschedulearedeteried whentheinboundtimeofthecargoisunknown.Inthesecondstage,thedetentiontimeofthecargointhetemporarystorageareais determinedwhentheinboundtimeofthecargoisknown,andtheL-shapedalgorithmforsolvingthemodelisdesigned.Theresults showthat the total costof theplan optimized bythe two-stage stochastic programming method is reduced by approximately 26% ,and the average detention time of the cargo is reduced by 10%
