Abstract： Inorder to promote thehigh-qualitydevelopment ofthesmart logistics system intheYangtzeRiver Delta，this paper analyzesthedevelopment path from fourdimensions：technologicalempowerment，modelinnovation，institutionalcoordination， andecologicalcoconstruction，basedonthetheoreticalframeworkofnewqualityproductiveforces.Specificmeasuresuchas thedeplymentofdigitaltwinsystems，theconstructionofblockchaintraceabilityplatforms，ndrossregionaldatacoodiation mechanisms areproposed.Thestudyholds thatbydepeningtheintegrationofdigitaltechnologiessuchasAIandITwithlogistics operationsandestablisingflexibleandcollaboratieoperationalmodels，itisposibletoimproeteeciencyofregioallgistics resource allocationand servicequality， thereby providingsupport forthe integrated development ofthe YangtzeRiverDelta.
