Abstract:Toadresteproblemsofcongestionandecesivetimeconsumptoninciclartracksystmscausedbyunevenvecletask allocationandsinglemainlooppath,thispaper akesthecircularshutlesystemdesignofalogistis techologyompanyasapractical caseandpoposesathrlevelcollborativschemeconsistingof"structuralmodelingandonstrantdefiiioveicleloadbalancing strategy-geneticalgorithm(GA)glbaloptimization".First,asinglecurveisaddedtotheexistingcirculartracktoconstructa"main loop-curve"dualpathtopologymodel,andquantifthepathcaracteristicsandecsiityostraintsSecond,arealtieooing anddynamicadjustmentmechanismisdesignedtoachievevehicleloadbalancing.Furthermore,thegeneticalgorithisintroducedto optimize"taskeiclealocaidpatheiodessfuioisostruedithttotaltaskopleiotistio time,and vehicltaskbalanceasbjectives.Experimentsshowthatcompared withthetradionalscheme,the proposedschemerduces the total task completion time by 44% and the congestion time by 59.9% , effectively improving system efficiency and providing technical support for the structural optimization and task allocation of circular track systems.
