Abstract： Inthe context ofthe sharp increase in consumer demand for meat products and the rapid developmentofcold chain logistics，this paper establishesacoldstorage multi-temperaturejointdistributionrouteoptimization modelunderatimevarying road networkThemodelaitominiizetotalcostsomprehensivelyconsideringveicledispatchosts，transportationostse windowpenaltycosts，refrigerationcosts，andcargodamage costs.Using MCompany'sactual distributiondata asanexample，the modelissolvedwithanimprovedantcolonyalgorithm，verifngtheefectivenessofoththemodelandthealgoritm.ItproidesM Company withfeasible solutions forcoldchainlogsticsdistributionofmeat productsandofersideasand methods foroptimizingand upgrading the distribution operations of other meat product enterprises.
