Abstract:Theessentialcompetenciesrequiredfor"double-qualified"teachersaligncloselywith thecoredemandsof the "1+X"certificatesystemforfacultyCurrntly,hedevelopmentof"double-qualified"teachrsteamsinighervocationalcolleges faceschallngessuchasinsuffcientplicysupportandincentives,imbalances inteacherquantityandstructure,andgapsithe teachercompetencysystem.Thisstudyanalyzes thereasonsand proposestargeted pathways:improvingtheevaluation,incentive, andcertificationmechanismorientedtowards"double-qualification";implementingtalentintroductionandcultivationinitiaties through"industryducationcollaboration";andbuildingteachinginnovationteamsfocusedon"integratingacademiccedentials andvocationalcertificates."Thesemeasuresaimtoconstructa"double-qualified"teachersteamthatmeetstherequirementsof the "1+X"certificate system and adapts to the needs of industrial upgrading and technological transformation.
