Abstract:The " Civil Engineering Constructionand Organizational Management"course hasbeen integrated andoptimizedto implementmulti-measurereformsstartingfrom thedisconnectbetweentheoryand practiceandsingleasessment.Inviewof the painpointsof theoriginalcourse,suchasthecomplicatedknowledgepointsandinsuficientstudentscognition,athree-inone teachingmodelof"toryealojectsaplcatio"wasonstructed.Duringtefo,aulti-imensoalaessmensstemwas created,hichmbiedeanomework,agetstsminareportsndfialamstducetefialproportiodfocs onprocess evaluationandthecultivationofstudentscomprehensiveabilies.Intermsofteachinginovation,werelyonthere sourcesofthetrainingcentertocaryouton-siteteaching,combinedigitalcourses,BIMmodelsandindustryexpertlecturesto strengthnpracticalapplicatiosandiprovesdentsinovationandpacticalabilitisbyparticipatiginidustryducatio tegrationinitiativessuchasenginering projectsandskilscompetitions.Therefomhasachievedremarkableresults,breakingthe limitationsoftheseparatioofthoryandpractice,providingareplicablereformmodelforsimilarengineeingcourses,ndhelping to cultivate high-quality engineering and technical talents that meetthe needs of industrial modernization.
