多举措并行的教学改革

——以“土木工程施工与组织管理”课程为例

Abstract：The " Civil Engineering Constructionand Organizational Management"course hasbeen integrated andoptimizedto implementmulti-measurereformsstartingfrom thedisconnectbetweentheoryand practiceandsingleasessment.Inviewof the painpointsof theoriginalcourse，suchasthecomplicatedknowledgepointsandinsuficientstudentscognition，athree-inone teachingmodelof"toryealojectsaplcatio"wasonstructed.Duringtefo，aulti-imensoalaessmensstemwas created，hichmbiedeanomework，agetstsminareportsndfialamstducetefialproportiodfocs onprocess evaluationandthecultivationofstudentscomprehensiveabilies.Intermsofteachinginovation，werelyonthere sourcesofthetrainingcentertocaryouton-siteteaching，combinedigitalcourses，BIMmodelsandindustryexpertlecturesto strengthnpracticalapplicatiosandiprovesdentsinovationandpacticalabilitisbyparticipatiginidustryducatio tegrationinitiativessuchasenginering projectsandskilscompetitions.Therefomhasachievedremarkableresults，breakingthe limitationsoftheseparatioofthoryandpractice，providingareplicablereformmodelforsimilarengineeingcourses，ndhelping to cultivate high-quality engineering and technical talents that meetthe needs of industrial modernization.
