腹腔镜情景模拟教学法在外科住院医师规范化培训中的效果研究

Abstract:[Objective]To explore theefectof laparoscopic scenario simulation teachingmethodonimprovingthelaparoscopic operationskilsofsurgicalresidents.[Methods]Thirty-tworesidentswhowereundergoingstandardizedtrainingforresidentsatthe surgical profesionalbaseoftheFirstPeople's HospitalofQinzhouCity,GuangxifromJuly2O2 to March2025 wereselectedand randomlydividedintoatraditionalteachinggroup(16people)andasituationalteachinggroup(16people).Afterthetraining,the theoreticalscorsandpracticalsoresofthetworoupswerecomparedandtheteachingefectandclinicalcomprehensieability (includingfivedimensionssuchascommunicationskillsandclinicaljudgment)wereevaluated.[Results]Thetheoreticalscores andpracticalscoresofthesituationalteachinggroupweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseof thetraditionalteachinggroup;nthe DebriefingAssessmentforSimulationinHealthcare(DASH)evaluation,thesituationalteachinggroupscoredsignificantlyhigher thanthetraditionalteachinggroupinfivedimensions,includingestablishingalearingatmospherethathelpssudentsitegate;n theclinicalompeesieailitesmet,tesiaalteacngousodigificantlyeranttrditioaltacing groupincomprehensiveclinicalabilitydimensionssuchascommunicationskilsandclinicaljudgment.[Conclusion]helaparo scopicsituatioalsiulationtachngetodcansigniicantlymprovethelaparoscopicoperatinskil,theoreticalknowldge clinicalcomprehensiveabilitiesofsurgicalresidents.Thoughimmersivelearningandroleplaying,itfectivelypromotesactive thinkingand teamwork among trainees,utperforming traditional teaching methodsanddemonstrating highapplicationvalue.
