Abstract:[Objective]To explore theefectof laparoscopic scenario simulation teachingmethodonimprovingthelaparoscopic operationskilsofsurgicalresidents.[Methods]Thirty-tworesidentswhowereundergoingstandardizedtrainingforresidentsatthe surgical profesionalbaseoftheFirstPeople's HospitalofQinzhouCity,GuangxifromJuly2O2 to March2025 wereselectedand randomlydividedintoatraditionalteachinggroup(16people）andasituationalteachinggroup(16people).Afterthetraining,the theoreticalscorsandpracticalsoresofthetworoupswerecomparedandtheteachingefectandclinicalcomprehensieability (includingfivedimensionssuchascommunicationskillsandclinicaljudgment）wereevaluated.[Results]Thetheoreticalscores andpracticalscoresofthesituationalteachinggroupweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseof thetraditionalteachinggroup;nthe DebriefingAssessmentforSimulationinHealthcare(DASH)evaluation,thesituationalteachinggroupscoredsignificantlyhigher thanthetraditionalteachinggroupinfivedimensions,includingestablishingalearingatmospherethathelpssudentsitegate;n theclinicalompeesieailitesmet,tesiaalteacngousodigificantlyeranttrditioaltacing groupincomprehensiveclinicalabilitydimensionssuchascommunicationskilsandclinicaljudgment.[Conclusion]helaparo scopicsituatioalsiulationtachngetodcansigniicantlymprovethelaparoscopicoperatinskil,theoreticalknowldge clinicalcomprehensiveabilitiesofsurgicalresidents.Thoughimmersivelearningandroleplaying,itfectivelypromotesactive thinkingand teamwork among trainees,utperforming traditional teaching methodsanddemonstrating highapplicationvalue.
