Abstract:[Objective]To explore the practical efectof STEM-Seminar teaching mode in "medicalchemistry"course,andto verifyitsefetonimprovingstudents'nterdisciplinarythinkingandsolvingability.Methods]Basedonthedrivingproblemof‘exploringthebeststainingtieofHEstainngtetimegradientofhematoxylinsainingwasdsigned,andtheSTEM-Semiarach ingmodewasusedforteaching.Thisstudyexperimentallvalidatedtheimpactofhematoxylinstainingdurationonhistologicalstainingqualitybyintegratingfoundationalprinciplesofmedicinalchemistrywithestablishedtechnicalstandardsforpathologicaldiag nosis.[Results]The applicationof the STEM-Seminarteaching modelinthe "medicalchemistry"coursecanenhanceteaching qualityandenablestudents toachieveinterdisciplinarylearning.[Conclusion]The STEM-Seminarteaching modelcanenhance students‘abilitytomasterandaplyknowledge,strengthentheiciticalthinkingandself-learningawareness,andpromoteecomprehensive improvement of practical application and scientific literacy.
