Abstract：[Objective]To explore the practical efectof STEM-Seminar teaching mode in "medicalchemistry"course，andto verifyitsefetonimprovingstudents'nterdisciplinarythinkingandsolvingability.Methods]Basedonthedrivingproblemof‘exploringthebeststainingtieofHEstainngtetimegradientofhematoxylinsainingwasdsigned，andtheSTEM-Semiarach ingmodewasusedforteaching.Thisstudyexperimentallvalidatedtheimpactofhematoxylinstainingdurationonhistologicalstainingqualitybyintegratingfoundationalprinciplesofmedicinalchemistrywithestablishedtechnicalstandardsforpathologicaldiag nosis.[Results]The applicationof the STEM-Seminarteaching modelinthe "medicalchemistry"coursecanenhanceteaching qualityandenablestudents toachieveinterdisciplinarylearning.[Conclusion]The STEM-Seminarteaching modelcanenhance students‘abilitytomasterandaplyknowledge，strengthentheiciticalthinkingandself-learningawareness，andpromoteecomprehensive improvement of practical application and scientific literacy.
