Abstract:Inorder tosolve the problemsofcumbersome operation,heavy workloadand highcostofthecurrnt poultry fat measurement method,a poultry fat detection system basedon bioelectrical impedance principle is proposed.The system uses Arduino UNO as the main control unit,designs signal excitation module and response signal detection module,and performs impedance measurement by the methodof currnt excitationand voltageacquisition.Geese were selected as the testsubjects for measurementandverification.The impedancevalues of goose tisseunder diferentfat percentage Were tested,and theregression modeloffatpercentageand impedancevalueswas established.Theresultsshow thattherelative errorof the measured impedance amplitude isless than 7% ,and the absolute phase error isless than 2∘ ,ithas a high detectionaccuracy.Thefatcontentof goose meattissue isextremelysignificantly positivelycorelated withtheimpedance value ΔP<0.01) ,and the impedance value increases with the increase of fat content.This design can improve the eficiency and accuracy of poultry fat measurement,and provide scientific basis for poultry fat percentage measurement.

0 引言

家禽新陈代谢紊乱、脂肪过度沉积[12],不仅影响家禽酮体质量和繁殖性能,给农业生产带来经济损失,同时摄入脂肪含量过高的肉类也会对人身体健康产生不良在家禽的饲养过程中,高强度的生长选择易造成影响,甚至导致疾病[3]。(剩余7695字)
