软地质条件下履带车辆履带板牵引性能研究

Abstract:To optimize the tractionperformance of trackedvehicle,the influenceof key structural parameters of the track platesonits tractionperformanceisstudied.Basedonthe terrmechanicstheory,atheoreticalanalysisof theforcesacting onthe track plateswas conductedtoidentifythe critical dimensionalparameters afecting the traction performanceof trackedvehicles.Soil characteristicparametersforsoft terainwereobtained through soil mechanicstests.Thetraction performance during the tracked vehicle's movement was analyzed by using RecurDyn simulation software.Track plates withdifferent structuralparametersweredesigned,andtraction forcetests wereperformed inthelaboratorytocompareand analyze the efects of various structural parameterson traction performance.The results show that anincrease inthe height ofthelugs,anincreaseinthe widthofthetrack plates,andadecreaseinthespacingof thelugs willimprovethetraction performance of the track plates,with maximum improvements of 12.160% , 13.106% ,and 7.327% ,respectively.
