Abstract:Theapplicationof plasticsoilfilmcovering technologycanefectivelyincreasecotonyield,buttheresidual plasticfilmincottonfieldscandamagesoilstructure,reducesoilfertility,which isnotconducivetothesustainable developmentofcoton fields.Thecurrent methods for treatingresidual fimpolution includedegradationof plastic film, manualrecycling,and mechanical recycling.Mechanizedrecycling iscurrentlythemost efective wayto treatresidual film polution,andresidual filmrecycling machines havebecomean important means of treating residual film polution.Based onthestructural typesand principlesof theresidualfilmcolection devices,thetechnical principlesof various residual film recovery machines suitableforcotton,such as thetooth chain type,thetelescopicrod tooth type,therotary tiler tooth type,the spring tooth type,the drum type and the rotating drum type,are summarized and reviewed.Inthe future,the performanceofresidualfilmrecovery machines shouldbeimproved intermsof intellgence,comprehensivefilmcollection performance,separation rate of film debris and winding rate.
