Abstract:Innovating thefood'supplyanddemand matching mechanismisarealisticned toallviate thetightbalance between food supplyand demand in Chinaat thisstageandreduce therisksand hiddendangersoflocalizedregional food suply,and itis alsoanecessary measuretosmooththedomesticfoodcycleandenhance theresilienceofthefood supply chain.Basedonthe practiceof foodtransactionsandthe advantagesof blockchaintechnology,the foodsupplyand demand matching mechanism based onblockchain isconstructed,focusingontheconstructionofanormalized element expression for multi-source heterogeneous food supply and demand data,designing a food suply and demand matching algorithmbasedonthesimilaritydegreeof theelements,andgivingthekeystepsfortheimplementationof the algorithm'ssmartcontract.Finally,thescientificityandefectivenessof thematching mechanismwereverifiedthrougha numerical example.The food supply and demand matching mechanism based on blockchain not only providesa standardizedsemanticand structural expressionoffood suplyanddemanddata,butalsoefectivelysolvestheproblemof foodsupply and demand matching caused by factors such astime,geographic factors and information asymmetry,etc.At the same time,through the automatic execution and dynamic adjustment of the smart contract,acredible state can be achieved withouttheparticipationofathirdpartytoachievetheefientdockingoffood suppyanddemand transactions.
Simulation tests show that the grain supplyand demand matching mechanism based on blockchain can significantly improve the matching efficiency.The average matching time for each order is 1.2s ,and it can handle approximately 2 25O supply and demand information sheets simultaneously,reducing the time cost of matching decisions.
