Abstract:Aiming attheproblemsofunclearseparation,highrateofruitdroplossand highimpurityrateinthe processof separation and cleaning of Cyperus esculentus,a kinematicanalysis of Cyperus esculentus on the sieve surface was conducted,anda discreteelement modelof the cleaning vibratingscreenand Cyperusesculentusagglomerateswas established.Fluent wasused tocarryoutthe simulation testoftheairflow fieldinthecleaning room during the separation andcleaning process.Experimentaloptimizationandregressionanalysis werecariedoutbyusingDesign—Expert1o.0.7to determine the best operating parameters of the Cyperus esculentus cleaning deviceas folows:the airflow velocity was 8m/s ,thescreen surface inclination angle was 22.29∘ ,and the crank speed was 18.72rad/s .Atthis time,the selection rate was 97.87% and the cleanliness rate was 98.81% . The optimized and adjusted oil cleaning test bench was tested and verified.The selection rate was 97.05% and the cleanliness rate was 98.15% .The results of the actual selection rate and impurityremovalratecombined withtheoptimalparametersarewithinareasonableerorrange,verifying thattheoptimal parametercombination obtainedbytheorthogonal experimentisaccurate,andprovidinga theoreticalbasis for the experimental research and design of the separation and cleaning device of Cyperus esculentus.
