Abstract:Aimingattheproblemsthattheuseof gradientinversionlayerintraditionalfault diagnosismethods iseasyto cause gradient disappearance,and the similarity between sourceand target domain samplescannot be dynamicall judged duetothediferencein distribution between thetwodistributions,resultinginverylowgeneralizationabilityof fault diagnosismodel,a two-stagedynamicadversarial migrationnetwork(TSDAMN)isputforward torealize themigration of bearingfault diagnosis.This network introduces a new two-step antagonism strategyand dynamic discriminant idea,by usingadistributedadversarial strategy,theclasifierand discriminatorare interactively trainedstepbystep,efctively solvingtheproblem ofgradient disappearing.Then,a dynamicadaptive learningalgorithmisproposed,whichcan efectivelyimprovethefaultfeatureclusteringabilityand improve theaccuracyoffaultdiagnosis bydynamicalladjusting the weight of edge distribution and condition distribution in the whole migration process.Finally, θ control is added to improvethecross entropy loss function to further refine the accuracy offault classfication.The bearingdata setof Case WesternReserveUniversityisusedfor experimentalverificationandcomparedwiththeclasicalalgorithm,theaverage accuracy of fault classification of the proposed method reaches 98.67% .The results show that the proposed method can classify faultsmore accuratelyand solve theproblem of lack of annotation.
