Design and test of vibration unit of biomass densification molding machine under fluid-solid coupling

Abstract:Toachieve the vibrationcompresionof biomass,a mechanical vibrationunit was designedwith theoffset crank-slider mechanism as thecore component.However,the reciprocating motionof the slider causes uneven pressure on onesideof the sliderail,accelerating wear betweencomponentsandcompromising thevibrationunit'sstability.To addressthis issue,this design proposes to process a“clawshapedoil circuit”on the sliderail and inject high-pressureoil togenerateadynamicpressureoilfilmbetweenthesliderandthesliderailUndertheefectofthefilm,theslider moves smoothlyalong the sliderail.Athree-dimensional modelof the crank-slider mechanismandoil filmwas developed,and fluid—structure interactionanalysis wasperformedtoevaluatethe stressdispersion effectof dynamicoilfilmon the slide rail.Theoperationalreliabilityofthevibrationunit wasverifiedbyno-loadandcompactforming tests.Thetestresults showthat adding a dynamic pressure oil filmto theoffset crank slider mechanism,the torque fluctuation amplitude of the system is significantly reduced,which is reduced by about 23.1% , 48.1% and 37.0% at the vibration frequencies of 10Hz , 15Hz and 20Hz respectively. This structure can effectively improve the stability of the vibration system and provide a basis for subsequent research and optimization.
