Proactive Role of Ideological and Political Education of College and University Counselors in the New Era

— From the Perspective of Structuration Theory Zhang Yufan

Abstract：Ideologicalandtheoreticaleducationandvalueuidancearethecoreresponsibiltisofcollgeanduniversitycounselors. UsingGiddens’tructuratioteoysaframeworkandsartingfrotedalecticalelatioshipof“structureagency”，issudyeplas theproactiveroleofouselorsindeolgicaladpiticalducatioanditsalatiomechanismResearchsstatouseloseot only executorsofsystems，butalsoactiveagentswhoreconstructeducationalmodelsandshapevalueidentitythoughdailypractie.Inthe contextf thenewera，guidedbytheconceptof“greatideologicalandpoliticalcourse”andrelyingonsocialclasroomsandpractical teaching，ideologicalandpolitcaleducationsouldbepromotedtodeplyrasfofro“admiistratiemanagement”to“valueducation".Integratingulouselorolborationehansm，“dualainfourse”dcatioalpathisproposdsiote synergyofarationalcognitionchain（memoryanalysiscreation）andavaluedevelopmentchain（rulecomplianceethicaldecisiomaking-responsibilityommiment），aswellsafouhasepressomprsingotextualtemeitegrationaskndopicdo tion，depenedvaluegudance，andpracticaloutcometransformation.Itaimstoresolvethecomonproblemof“discoectionbetween knowledge and practice” in ideological and political education.
