Abstract：Chinaisauifdmulti-ethniccountry，andthesabilityanddevelopmentofXinjiangarecrucial totheoverallinterestsf buildingastrogcotryandacievingnatioalrejuvenatio.TestoryofteXCC'seamatioandordergaisongisanioat partofXinjiang’sdevelopmentsincethefoundingofthePeople’sRepublicofChina.Basedonmoderngoveranceconcepts，ithasachievedcreativetrasforationoftedynastis’clamationsysteandadesignifcantcontributiostoXinjang’sstabilityaddevelopment.TheXPCCdevelops，constructs，anddefendsXinjiang，solveslogisticalsupplydifculties，alleviatestheburdenonthepeople， andlaysthematerialfoundationforforgingastrongsenseofcommunityfortheChinesenation.TheXPCCcaresforthepeople，uitesfor thepeople，andstandstogetherwithalletnicgroupsinXinjiang，fominganemotionalconsensusandpublicfoundationforforginga strongsenseofcommunityfortheChinesenation.TheXPCCupholdsstabilityandguardsthefrontiers，safeguardsationalunityndsocial stabilityinXinjiang，andprovidesasecurityguaranteeforforgingastrongsenseofcommunityfortheChinesenation.TeXPCCSpiitre presents theoverallspiritualoutlokoftheXPCCpersoelandprovidesspiritualmotivationforforgingastrongsenseofcommuityforthe Chinese nation.InthenewerawemustcarryforwardtheXPCC Spirit，，focuscloselyontheoverallgoalofsocialstabilityandlasting peaceandsecurity，forgeastrongsenseofcommunityfortheChinesenationthroughthe“XPCCPratie”，andbuildasociaist Xinjang with Chinese characteristics for a new era.
