Heritage-Led Rural Regeneration： International Practices and Lessons from the RURITAGE Project

Abstract：Withtheincreasinglysevereproblemofruraldeclineinthepost-ndustrialerathereisanurgenneedtofindwaystore vitalizethecoutrysideAseploratioofralgeneraionpracticesotius，ritageldruralgeerationasecoeapath thatbreaksthroughtradionaldevelopmentmodels.UsingthecasestudymethodandtakingtheEU’sRURITAGEprojectasthemain case，thispaperfirstarfthedierensbeweentecrecoceptsof“regeneration”“rviaatio”and“enewal"，andaalysthe theoreticallogicandpracticalmechanismofteritage-leduralregenerationpathBasedotelogicofowledgeregeneratio，the projecthasstablishddentraliedompositettollboratiefrmeokouhedvsioofsixritaglderata theconstructionofruralhritageubsandaknowledgenetworkcoectingRuralHeritageHubsandReplicatorAreasIedefinesultural andnaturaleritagefrostatihistocalelistodaicpracticeproesverifstheasibilityofritageasdiverfoa tion，andacheesthodiateddevelopentofulure，onoandologyCosideringthontextofia’suralevialatio thispaperpropossstategiestostrengthntecivatiofommnitysujectivityingverancemchisms，promoteteiteatiof digitalechnolognderitageactivationimethodologicaltos，andexpandtheocialfunctionoferitageandconductlocaliddapta tioninpolicypspeci，ilelsingtoofrontstructualalgsschfecsigoveaess，shcgs community capacity，and cognitive deviations in heritage value.
