Research on the Communist Party of China's Solution to the Banditry Problem during the Total Resistance Against Japanese Aggression

Abstract:DuringtheTotalResistanceAgainstJapaneseAgresion,thebanditryprobleminChinapresentedanextremelyseveresituation,seriouslyaectingthecauseofChina’sResistanceAgainstJapaneseAggresionandthesafetyofpeople'slivesandproperty. Facedwiththiscomplexsituation,theCommunistPartyofChina(CPC）creativelyadoptedacomprehensivegoverancestrategyof“combiningsuppresionadappeasentdresingthsptosandotcauses”Intesoflitarystruge,eeole’sudete leadershipofeartystablisdantanditunitsanddoteddiereadstrateefordifretysofanditfosipleting resolutesrikesagastteosthousandsbbobndits，hileadoptingpeacefulmeastoeforothgroupstattilladapatriot icheartandwerewillngtogiveupresistance.Atthesametime,theCommunistPartyofChina（CPC）deplyrecognizedtheeconomic andsocialrotsofandirandintheasereascompreensivelyimplementedplciessuchsentandinteresteductioandielod improvement.Thesepolciesguaranteedthesubsistenceofpeasantsandpreventedtheemergenceofnewbandits.Throughthegoveance methodof“adressingbothsymptomsandroocauses”，theCommunistPartyofChinabasicallyresolvedthebanditryprobleminandaround the base areas during the Total Resistance Against Japanese Aggression.
