Abstract：Fromtheperspectiveof performancetheory，thispaperexplorestheentialcharacteriticsof theHamiUyghurfolkDastan asaperformingartandtspracticesinintangbleuluralhritagsfeguardingThesdysosthatthrasmionofastanavilyelies onoralpefomaneisdaisndtetalitostutigteoofitsgoalpefongatEfosadDa’l ingconservationfaceadiscoectbetweenthoryandpractic，emphasizingmaterialdocumentationileglectingtheimpoanefper formancecontextandbodilymemoryAlthoughcommunityparticipationisrelativelyactie，safeguardingmeasuresledbyextealinstitu tionsoftedeviatefromcommutyeeds.ecotradictioetwee“livingconservation”andstaticpreseationispromentsethos suchasaudioandvideoecordingoverlokthedynamicnatureofperformanceandthetransmisionofbodilymemory.Atthesametime， thediscursivecostructanddentitxprssionineprossfitagiatioteoitsetweteiteestdmandfultiple subjectsndpeformancesfeguarding，andthimpactoftherestructuringndngotitionofcturalrightsonpeforancetrasision cannotbegnordTostregthntesaeguadingofastanitissetialtotablishteentraloleof“perfoacepractice"，pa sizetheeconstructionofontextandtemaintenanceofteperformanceologyndpromotecolaborationamongdiversestaeolders.
