College Students’ Cognitive Status and Prevention of the Crime of Aiding Information Network Criminal Activities

Abstract:Taking356collge studentsfromauniversityastheresearchsubjects,thisstudyconducted empiricalresearchonthecrime ofaidingifoationetwkcinalactivi,syematicalleloingteirlevelofgalcogitionexposuetosvi andriskpreventiocapabilitsregardingthiscieTeresearchfindstatalhoughcolgesudentsposssbasicawarensoftok fraudpreventioteirogtiooftelegalboudarisofthisieissroslyiadeqate.Overothidoftesudentsareopletely unaware of the risks of financial cybercrimes,and nearly 40% have been exposed to high-risk behaviors such as account renting and collectingverificationodsoehalfofrswihoutralingteirilgalityemostratingasigiiant“cogitionbhaviordvtioh lackoflegaleducationiolgesandniversities,students’ownflukepsyhology,msleadingoieultureandlagingregulatoryte nologyarethecorecausesofcognitivedeviationandthriskofinvolvementinthecrime.Basedonthis,itisproposedtoconstructa multi-agentcollborativegoveancesystemfromfivedimensions:improvingthecampuslegalducationsystem,establishingabehavior monitoringandearlywarning mechanism,strengtheninghome-schoolcolaborativesupervision,conductingpreciseguidancevianew mediaandoiingtejudiialientivemchanism.Thisstorovidtoreticalsupprtandpracticalpatsforaningcolle stuents’awarensofetoklgalsposibilitypevetigteiskofteieofdingifationetorkinalactiiid improving the governance of cybercrime in colleges and universities.
