Abstract:Underthebckgroundof thein-depthimplementationofChina’scivil-militaryintegrationdevelopmentstrategy，UAVs, asdual-usesientificandehnolgicalahievemnts，facecomplexlegalrissintheirexporthinaastablishdmulti-ete forthelegalcharacterzatioofUAVexports，hicisprogesivelystructuredbythefreexportmanagentofdiarygoodsadt nologies，exportcotrolondual-useitemsexportcontrolonsecificUAVsandrelatedtes，andthemanagementofendusersndend usesAtedmsticgallvelUeorttepsustddresslglssiudgdmstraielabiliissingfroditymisclssifodilgflssellalllicugglalssoo ally，theyprimarilyacerissincludingmarketaessrestricionsinteU.S.andEuroe，suplyhainisks，andeonomicanctions risksunder theU.S.“longamjurisdiction”.Therefore，enterprisesshouldstrengthentheconstructionofintealcompliancesystems, implementwholeprocssriskmaagementadcontrol，andoptimizetecomplancelyoutofglobalsuplyhaistoachievecpliance management and address the challenges of the complexity of compliance brought by technological integration.
