Abstract：Waterisavitalcomponentof allfruittreeorgans.Itdirectlyparticipates in photosynthesis，nutrienttransport， andmetabolicreactions inthetre，and playsakeyregulatoryrole intre growth，fruiting，temperatureregulation，and the formationoffruit yieldandquality.Thephasedcharacteristicsoffruittrees’waterdemandare systematicall aalyzed，includingthe keywaterdemand period，significant diferences indroughttolerance among species，andthe negative impacts of excessive wateronfruit trees.Basedonthis，adrought-preventioncultivationtechnology systemcenteredon water conservancy facilityconstruction，soil improvementand mulching，andintegrated waterandfertilizer managementisproposed.Additionally，emergencydroughtrelief measuresaresummarized，including limited watersupply，pruning，transpirationinhibitionload regulation，andfruitprotection，whichaims toprovidetheoreticalbasisand practical guidancefordroughtresistance，disaster mitigation，and sustainable production in orchards.
