AbstractInrecentyearsartificialinteligene(A)techologyhsapidlydvacdinophalmicsurgery,articularlyifractie andcataractprocedures.Itsaplicationshaveevolvedfromsiplerule-basedsystems todeepleaming,foingaomprehesivedcision supportframeorkthatsanspreoperativeplingintaoativeaigatio,andpostoperatieoitoingaisteddotic systemscaneanetheacuracyofpreoperativesreeningptiesurgcalplaning,duecomplicationiss,andimprovesurgical precisionandsafety.TispapersystematicallyevewtecurrentstatusofAIapplicatiosacrossvarousstagesofefractiveandtaract surgeryaalshcalracesdcallbiltftsdussallngfue directions of AI technology,aiming to provide clinical guidance for practice.
