Logistic regression analysis identified age ⩾70 years, nutritional risk screening (NRS) score ⩾3 ,BMI<18.5kg/m², initiation of postoperative enteral nutrition >48h ,and absence of a nutritional access route during surgery as independent risk factors for suboptimal response to nutritional intervention (P<0.05) . Conclusion: The MDNM model can significantly improve postoperative nutritional status, selfeffcacylevels, ndaliyfifinatitsderggbotassistedicalstrtochsainlialaaiou.
