Effect of mobile healthcare platform-based continuous nursing intervention on patients after robot-assisted radical prostatectomy

AbstractObjective：Toexploretheefectofcontiuousnursinginterventonbasedonmobilehealthcareplatformopatientsafteobot assistedradicalprostatectomy（RARP）.Methods：116patientswhounderwentRARPatShenzhenPeople's HospitalfromNovember021 to December 2O24 were enrolled. They were randomly divided into the control group （ n： 58，receiving conventional nursing intervention） andthe experimental group（n=58，rceiving mobilehealthcareplatform-basedcontinuous nursingintervention）usingarandomumber table.Baselinehaacteristics，urinaryfunction，qualityoflife，self-managementeficacyyholoicalstatus，andsatisfactiolels werecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results：Comparedwiththecontrolgroup，theexperimental groupshowedsignificantlybetter improvementiuiayfucoaferintervtionndgreaterireasinorsonthfunctioalesentofncerrarstate （FACT-P） scale （ P <0.05）.Afterintervention，scores onthe strategies usedbypeople to promote health（SUPPH）were significantly higherin the experimental group than the control group （P<0.05） . Self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale（SDS） scores were significantly lower in the experimental group than the control group （P<0.05） . The overall satisfaction rate was significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion：The implementation of mobile healthcare platform-based continuous nursinginteretiftintseARtielpoveuauctioalityfliedseagentac anxietyand depression，and increase patient satisfaction.
