Preliminary experience of nursing coordination in 5G ultra-remote robot-assisted partial hepatectomy

AbstractObjective：Tosummazetheusigcoordinatioexperienceof7casesof5Gultra-remotebotassistedpartialepatectoy. Methods： Aretrospctiveaalysiswasconductedonteusingcoordinationprocessof7casesof5Gultra-remoteobotaistedpartial hepatectomy，which were performed atour hospital from February 2023 to December 2024using the domestic Toumai ⊗ laparoscopic surgicalrobot，withafocusonsummaringpreliinarynursingexperiene.Results：All7surgeriesweresucefullyompletedwith the aistanceof he5Gultra-remoteroboticsurgicalsystem.Theaverageoperativetimewas84min（49-342min），andtheaverage intraoperativeblodlossas57mL（5-oL）.NorouscomplicatioselatedtoGsigalsabilityoursigoodinatord duringsurgery.Allpatientscovedwellandredisargedsmoothly.Conclsio：StableGalsupprt，entccation andcollbortioamongteo-regioalteas，ongihpciseurgicalursigoodiationarericalfrsuringtefead successfulimplemeationofGultra-emotebot-asistedpartialepatectoyeursingodinatioexperiencesummardnis study has positive significance for promoting the further development of remote robotic surgery.
