AbstractObjective:Tosummazetheusigcoordinatioexperienceof7casesof5Gultra-remotebotassistedpartialepatectoy. Methods: Aretrospctiveaalysiswasconductedonteusingcoordinationprocessof7casesof5Gultra-remoteobotaistedpartial hepatectomy,which were performed atour hospital from February 2023 to December 2024using the domestic Toumai ⊗ laparoscopic surgicalrobot,withafocusonsummaringpreliinarynursingexperiene.Results:All7surgeriesweresucefullyompletedwith the aistanceof he5Gultra-remoteroboticsurgicalsystem.Theaverageoperativetimewas84min(49-342min),andtheaverage intraoperativeblodlossas57mL(5-oL).NorouscomplicatioselatedtoGsigalsabilityoursigoodinatord duringsurgery.Allpatientscovedwellandredisargedsmoothly.Conclsio:StableGalsupprt,entccation andcollbortioamongteo-regioalteas,ongihpciseurgicalursigoodiationarericalfrsuringtefead successfulimplemeationofGultra-emotebot-asistedpartialepatectoyeursingodinatioexperiencesummardnis study has positive significance for promoting the further development of remote robotic surgery.
