AbstractWithteapidadvancementofartificialintellgnce(A)inhealhareintelligentmanageentof typdiabeesits (T1DM) inchildren hasgained increasing atention.Asalifelongautoimmune disease,conventionalmanagementappoachesface challenges duetocomplianceissuesamong pediatric patients.This paper providesasystematicreviewofresearch advances nrobotic technologyformanagingchildrenwithTDMoverthepastfiveyears.Itfocusesonthetechnologicalevolutionandcorepriciplesof voicechatbotsndhuaidbots,alyingtiraaiosossultipleimenss,frointeligentotingndpsalied treatmentoducatioalmaagementineassuchasbodglucoseoitoringndarlywainginsulinthrapysistacease knowledgeeducation,andpsychologicalsupport.Itfurtherexplores themechanismsbywhichrobotsenhance managementoutcomes throughineractiitydilealsutligtveoptsinoioaieactidlgicaogto provideareferenceforinnovatingclinicalmanagementmodelsforpediatricTDMandtopromotetheclinicaltranslationandaplication of intelligent technologies.
