AbstractWithteapidadvancementofartificialintellgnce（A）inhealhareintelligentmanageentof typdiabeesits （T1DM） inchildren hasgained increasing atention.Asalifelongautoimmune disease，conventionalmanagementappoachesface challenges duetocomplianceissuesamong pediatric patients.This paper providesasystematicreviewofresearch advances nrobotic technologyformanagingchildrenwithTDMoverthepastfiveyears.Itfocusesonthetechnologicalevolutionandcorepriciplesof voicechatbotsndhuaidbots，alyingtiraaiosossultipleimenss，frointeligentotingndpsalied treatmentoducatioalmaagementineassuchasbodglucoseoitoringndarlywainginsulinthrapysistacease knowledgeeducation，andpsychologicalsupport.Itfurtherexplores themechanismsbywhichrobotsenhance managementoutcomes throughineractiitydilealsutligtveoptsinoioaieactidlgicaogto provideareferenceforinnovatingclinicalmanagementmodelsforpediatricTDMandtopromotetheclinicaltranslationandaplication of intelligent technologies.
