Application of the domestic robotic surgical system in pediatric abdominal surgery

AbstractObjective：Toevaluatethesafety，feasibilityandclinicalvalueof thedomestic Toumailaparoscopicsurgicalobotin pediatric abdominalsurgery.Methods：Aetrospectiveanalysis wasconductedonclinicaldatafrom21pediatricpatientswhouderent Toumailaparoocrgialboteddoalrgyatteeparmntofatrirgerangentaliall of Medicine，UniversityofElectronicSienceandechnogofChinafroApril11，2025toAugust14，25.Baselinecharaceistic， surgicalparameers，stoprativecoeryidcatorsndiidenceofomplicatiosrerodedndchicalexpecewa summarized.Results：The21patientsincluded15malesand6females，ged13monthsto15yarsold，withamedianageof6ars4 months and median weight of 22kg Cases included congenital biliary tract， urinary system，and digestive system anomalies，as well as tumors.All procedures were completed successfully without conversion to laparoscopic or open surgery. Operative time was （148.0±62.4 min， with a median anastomotic time of 8min and intraoperative blood loss of （ 13.5±10.5 ） mL. No transfusion was required. The time to bowel function recovery was （13.1±4.5 ）h，and postoperative length of hospital stay was （6 2±0 .7） days. Only one patient experienced D-J stentthrombosis，icasdfevetioringfllouft4os，oucasttics orothermajoradverseeventswereobserved.Conclusion：ThedomesticToumailaparoscopicsurgicalrobotissafeandefectivefor pediatricabdoialsurgery.Itablesprcisedsstiondcosctioofplexatoicaltctures，ithalitotie blodlos，aposoeoydligielollecl surgery.
