Application of the chain quality control-specialized post collaboration model in the cleaning and disinfection of endoscopic robotic surgical instruments

AbstractObective:Toanalzetheapliationefetoftechinqualitycontrol-speializedpostcollboratiomodelihecleaning anddisinfectionofendosopicroboticsurgicalinstrumentsintheCentralSteileSuplyDpartment (SD).Methods:Arospective controlledstudyasconucted7surgicalistrumentsusedinendoopicroboticsurgeriesattheTdPeople'sHospialfBengbu fromApril2024toDecember2024wereenroled.Theyweredividedintothecontrolgroup(π=10,usedfromApril2O24toJuly2024) and the observation group ( n =105,used from August 2O24 to December 2O24) based onthe sequence of surgical dates.Instruments in the controlgroupereproceedusingonventioalmanualcleaningnddisifectionprocedures,hileinstruments inthebserationgoup wereprocesedusingthehainqualitycontrol-specializedpostcolaborationmodel.Thecleaninganddisinfectionqualityset functionalityintegrity,operatorcompliance indicators,andtimeeficiencywerecomparedbetweenthetwo groups.Results:The observationgrophowedsignifcantlyigerateofeaingqualifatio,sidalprotindtectionqualificatioovealt integrity,and optical clarity compared to the control group ( P <0.05),and a lower repair rate ( P <0.05). The observation group had higherratesofoperatorcompliance,pre-processing execution,andone-time enzymesolutionreplacementper instrument( P <0.05), and significantlyshorteraverageprocessingtieprstrument,tubelumenbrushngtie,dying ime,ndalowerrcleaningatetanthe controlgroup(P05).Conclusion:Thehainqualitycontrol-specializedpostcolaboratiomodelcansignificantlyimproveteeaning anddisinfectioqalityandoperatioalefiiencyofedosopcoboticsurgicalistrumntswhilensuingtheintegityofisment functionality.
