AbstractObjective：Tocomparetheefectof diferent shaping methodsonpatientsatisfactionafterrobot-asistednipple-sparing mastectomywithimmediatebeastrecostruction（M-R），andtoprovideferencesforiprovingpatients’postoperatiesttic satisfaction.Methods：172breastcancerpatientswhounderentunilateralRNSM-IBRattheFirstAfiliatedHospitalofZhengzhou UniversityfromSeptemberO toMarch025wereseectedasthesdysubjects.Accordngtodiferentshapingmethods，tepatients wererandomlydividedintothecontrolgroup（n=7）andtheexperimentalgoup（n=95）.Thecontrlgoupreceivedconventioalaping whiletheexperientalgroupeceivedpresueshaping.Gneralonditiosoftepatintswereivestigatedndtepatrted outcomescaleforbreastcancerpatintsasusedtocollctsatisfactiondatainviousdimensios.Acomparativeanalysisascoducted onthepatients’generalconditionsandpostoperativeaestheticsatisfaction.Results：Thereasnostatisticallysignificantdifernce in the general conditions between the two groups （ P> 0.05）.The scores for breast appearance satisfaction，sexual health satisfaction and postoperative satisfaction in the experimental group were all better than those in the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion： The application of pressure shaping measures in RNSM-IBR can help restore breast appearance and improve patient satisfaction.
