AbstractObjective:Toinvestigatetheaplicationefectofavisualmanagementodelconstructedbasedonthe“6S"framework(seiri seiso,shitsuk,eitonketsunduiyintefectiomanagementofDViciXiurgicalSystem.Method:DVicii surgicalinstumentssteriledattCntralSterileSpplyepartnt(CSD)ofteFstAflatedHospalofrFoeMedical Universitywereenrolled.InstrumentssterilizedfromJanuary2O24toAugust2024wereservedastheconventional group -148 ,managed byconventionalsterilizationmodel)andinstrumentssterilizedfromSeptember2O24toMay2025weredividedintothestudygroup n=151 , managedbyavisualmanagementmodelbasedonthe“6S”framework)respectively.Instrumentcleaningqualificationate,cidence ofadversemanagementevents,ndsatisfactionlevelofoperatingompersonelwerecomparedbetweenthetwogoups.Results:Under visual inspection,nostatisticallsignificant diferenceincleaningqualificationrate wasobservedbetweenthetwogroups (P>0.05) However,undermagnifidlightinspection,thstudygroupshowedasignificantlyhighercleaningqualificationatetanthcontrolgoup 0 P <0.05).FurtherAoumesenetestigofstrumentsdemedqualifdybothvisalndmagifidlightispectiosoid significantly higher qualification rate in the study group than the conventional group (P<0.05) .The study group showed significantly lower incidencerates of adverseevents including instrumentloss,incorrectpackaging orloading,anduse beyond expirationdate (P<0.05) , while no significant difference was found in instrument damage rate (P>0.05) .The study group scored significantly higher than the conventional groupintesfsicgcalbilitfg,presede instrument cleaning quality,and CSSD operational efficiency (P<0.05) . Conclusion: The visual management model based on the“6S"
frameworkcanefectivelyenhancethecleaningqualicationrateofDa VinciXisurgicalinstruments,educetheincidenceofadverse management events,and improve satisfaction level of operating room personnel. Key wordsDisinfection Management;“6S”Model; Visual Management Model; Robotic Surgical System
