Application effect of a visual management model based on “6S" framework in the disinfection management of Da Vinci Xi surgical system

AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatetheaplicationefectofavisualmanagementodelconstructedbasedonthe“6S"framework（seiri seiso，shitsuk，eitonketsunduiyintefectiomanagementofDViciXiurgicalSystem.Method：DVicii surgicalinstumentssteriledattCntralSterileSpplyepartnt（CSD）ofteFstAflatedHospalofrFoeMedical Universitywereenrolled.InstrumentssterilizedfromJanuary2O24toAugust2024wereservedastheconventional group -148 ，managed byconventionalsterilizationmodel）andinstrumentssterilizedfromSeptember2O24toMay2025weredividedintothestudygroup n=151 ， managedbyavisualmanagementmodelbasedonthe“6S”framework）respectively.Instrumentcleaningqualificationate，cidence ofadversemanagementevents，ndsatisfactionlevelofoperatingompersonelwerecomparedbetweenthetwogoups.Results：Under visual inspection，nostatisticallsignificant diferenceincleaningqualificationrate wasobservedbetweenthetwogroups （P>0.05） However，undermagnifidlightinspection，thstudygroupshowedasignificantlyhighercleaningqualificationatetanthcontrolgoup 0 P <0.05）.FurtherAoumesenetestigofstrumentsdemedqualifdybothvisalndmagifidlightispectiosoid significantly higher qualification rate in the study group than the conventional group （P<0.05） .The study group showed significantly lower incidencerates of adverseevents including instrumentloss，incorrectpackaging orloading，anduse beyond expirationdate （P<0.05） ， while no significant difference was found in instrument damage rate （P>0.05） .The study group scored significantly higher than the conventional groupintesfsicgcalbilitfg，presede instrument cleaning quality，and CSSD operational efficiency （P<0.05） . Conclusion： The visual management model based on the“6S"
