Analysis of influencing factors on the rehabilitation effect of robotassisted training in stroke patients

AbstractObjectiveToinvestigatetheinfluencingfactorsontherehabiliationefftofrobot-assstedtraininginstrokepatients. Methods:A prospectivestudywasconducted toselect103 strokepatients whoreceivedrobot-assistedrehabilitation trainingat QinhuangdaoHospitalofPeking UniversityThirdHospitalfromMarch223toMarch2O25.Theefectsofrobot-asistedrehabiliation trainingnstrokepatientswithdiferentcharacteristicserecollctedandcompared.Multiplelinearregressionswasusedtoidentify independentfactorsafectingterehabilitationandquantifytheielationshipswithrehabilitationoutcomes.Adecisiontreemoelwas constructed toidentifykeypredictivevariables,andreceiveroperatingcharacteristic (ROC)curveswereplotedwithareauderthe curve (AUC)calculated toevaluatethepredictivevalueofthemodel.Results:At3monthsoftraining,themeanFgl-Meyerasssset (FMA)scoreofstrokepatientssgnificantlyincreasedcomparedtothatbeforetraining.Patientsaged5Oyears,withdiseaseduration <3 months, self-rating depression scale (SDS) score <53 ,Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA) score ⩾26 ,and modified Barthel index (mBI) > 40 showed significantly better rehabilitation outcomes (P<0.05 .Multiple linear regression indicated that age,disease duration, SDS score,MoCA score, and mBI score were significant influencing factors (P<0.05) .The decision tree model identified disease duration, SDS,MoCAdsasdepntpictsofotsdbilietntsie durationbeingthemostsignificant.TheAUCfordiseasedurationinpredictingrehabiliationoutcomewasO.811(95%Cl:07895), withsensiiviyieof4d7seb
cansignificantlypreorfucofroepaits.Isiestlyeedyge,seuratioio cognition,andctiviisofilyliingAmog,aseuratiosthostapactClicallrgeeditetio based on these risk factors can enhance the efficacy of robot-assisted rehabilitation.
