Application effect of robot-assisted gait training based on positive psychology theory in patients undergoing lower limb burn reconstruction

AbstractObjective:Toevaluatethelinicaleficacyofrobot-asistedgaittrainingbasedonpositivepsyhologytheoryinpatints undergoinglowerlimbburnreconstruction.Methods:96patientswhounderwentlowerlimbburnreconstructionatTangdu Hospital from July 2O2O to July 2O24 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into the control group ( n :48,receiving conventional rehabilitation training) and the observation group ( n =48,receiving robot-asssted gait training based on positive psychology theory) using a random numbertable.Results:Comparedwiththatbeforeintervention,teCoor-Davidsonresliencecale(CD-RISC)scoresofthetwogoups were increased, while the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)and self-rating depresion scale (SDS)scores were decreased ( P <0.05). Higher CD-RISC score and lower SAS and SDS scores were found in the observation group compared with the control group ( P <0.05). Compared withthatbefoeitervetiothgoupssoedsigficantductiosinVancoverarsale(Vndsarossisstd rating (SCAR) scores (P<0.05) . Meanwhile,the VSS and SCAR scores of the observation group were allower than those of the control group ( P <0.05).Afterintervention,theROinthecontrol groupandtheR9intheobservationgroupdecreasedsignificantlyandthe observation group had significantly higher RO and lower R9 scores than the control group (P<0.05) . Significant improvements in FuglMeyer assessment (FMA)and Berg balance scale (BBS) scores were found in the two groups after intervention ( P <0.05),with significantly higher FMA and BBS scores in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05) . The incidence of adverse events was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group (P<0.05) . Conclusion: Robot-assisted gait training based on positive psychologytheoryansignificantlyenancepsychologicalresilience,improvescaroutcomesandqualityoflife,andpromotefunctional recovery in patients underwent lower limb burn reconstruction,it has certain potential clinical application value.
