Application value of the WeChat platform-PDCA model in robotassisted laparoscopic urological surgery

AbstractObjective：Toexplore theapplicationvalueof theWeChatplatfom-PDCA（plan-doheck-act）modelinpatientsundergoing robot-assistedlaparoscopicurologicalsurgery.Methods：108 patientswhounderwentrobot-assisted laparosopicsurgeryatthe DepartmentofUrology，theFirstHospitalofAirForceMedicalUniversityfromOctober2O21toOctober2O24 wereselected.Theywere divided into the control group （n=54，receiving routine nursing care） and the observation group （ n =54， receiving nursing care under WeChat-DCAmodel）accding todierentursingmethods.heicidenceofifetion，postoperativepai，ostoperativeovery andself-manageentablitereomparedeteentetogoups.Results：Afr4wksofintervtionteoverallifectioaten the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P<0.05） . VAS scores decreased over time in the two groups. After1weekand4weeksofintervention，theobservationgrouphadsignificantlylowerVASscoresthanthecontrolgroup（ P <0.05）. The observationgrouphadsigificantlyshorterpostopeativelengthofhospitalstaydurationofdrainagetuberetaining，andtietofist ambulation compared to the control group （ P <0.05）. Self-management ability scores across all dimensions increased in the two groups afterntervetioAfter1wend4wesfitervetion，ebseatiogoupsordigificantlhighranteoolgoual dimensions （P<0.05 ）.Conclusion：The WeChat-PDCAmodelcansignificantlyreduce the incidenceof infection，shortenlengthof hospital stayandipoatitselfaagapacityintintsdengboistedlapaoscicologicalurgeryyasf systematic analyze，dynamic intervention and immediate communication.
